I am a Buckeye, born and raised in rural Clermont County in southwest Ohio, adjacent to the Cincinnati Area. I graduated from Williamsburg High School and the day after we threw our caps in the air, I was heading west to Colorado with my backpack in the trunk of my 1973 Pontiac. 35 Years later, I've never looked back. I studied at Mesa College in Grand Junction, CO majoring in Radio, TV Broadcast Communications and yes, Newsprint.
I have lived in Congress Park for almost 20 years, have two children and two grandchildren who always brings what seems to be an endless supply of joy into my life. Like the t-shirts say, "Life is Good".
When I'm not selling Denver homes, I enjoy spending time on the porch greeting neighbors, taking in an estate sale and appreciating m'antiques, tinkering around the house in Congress Park-there's always a project living in a 1906 Denver Square. I enjoy relaxing and escaping to the mountains when I'm able and taking in a Colorado Rockies vs Cincinnati Reds game--Coors Field is an awesome ballpark, isn't it?
I have aspirations of restoring my grandfather's 100 year old Model T Ford. He owned this car since he was a very young man.
I have been a licensed Realtor since 1995 and have worked exclusively in the Greater Metro Denver area. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences, condominiums and income property within the Denver Metro and the Front Range areas-seems like I've covered the gamut. I enjoy the "park, historic neighborhoods" surrounding the hub of the city and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, neighborhood information/related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspector resources. We have some amazing neighborhood destinations--villages within the city like Congress Park, Washington Park, Whittier/City Park, Park Hill, Highlands and Historic Baker. The new redevelopment at 9th and Colorado is going to be a nice asset to Mayfair as well making this among the most sought after neighborhoods for Denver real estate.
70% of my business is referral-based and so many of my past customers have told their friends and family about how they can experience "Full Service with Savings!". In 2015, we sold homes in Parker, LIttleton, Lakewood, Aurora, Thornton, Northglenn, Brighton and Lochbuie.
Mountain homes, cabins and creek side retreats are also a specialty having lived in the mountains for 20 years prior to arriving in Denver. Our sales have included the 285 Corridor and has been especially a target for many of our customers including the towns of Conifer, Bailey, Jefferson, Como, Fairplay and Evergreen. With our ever exploding population, Colorado 285 west is a very nice alternative to Summit County real estate and much more affordable. Where else can you get beautifully treed acreage for $15,000 or a mountain getaway for $125,000 within 2 hours of Denver? I'm bullish on Park County, what can I say? Who needs to be stuck in hours of traffic on the 'other' route to those ski areas? Let me show you an authentic Colorado mountain living alternative. Endless opportunities abound for every outdoor Colorado activity you would want engage in-this is the gateway to the Rockies! Enjoy some of the most renowned bass fishing in the Taryall River, mountain biking, hiking 14'ers, fresh air, clear starry nights from your cabin deck, the howling of coyotes and more pronghorn, elk and deer than you could imagine.
As a customer service driven, user-friendly Realtor I am 200% dedicated to achieving results and providing rare and exceptional 20 years worth of experience you need. If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, let's get to it. I'll show you how to be competitive in today's market. I will get you that house!
